They are now looking for a Mechanical Engineering Standards Manager to join their team.

Role
This position is based in their head office in Brisbane and has you reporting to the Group Manager - Engineering. You will be responsible for leading and directing mechanical engineering teams. This will involve overseeing all aspects of Mechanical Engineering throughout their mining sites domestically and internationally, including upholding internal Standards and Specifications, Safety, Quality, and the delivery of those projects.

Essential to your success are:

A Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Post Graduate Qualifications
Extensive Mechanical Engineering Experience within Mining and Minerals
Experience with projects, reliability and maintenance planning
Experience Leading and Directing Engineering Teams
Strong Business Acumen
Ability to see the Big Picture
Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal skills
Self Starter
Analytical
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
