Mechanical Engineer Team Leader

With over 1500 employees across a global network of offices and manufacturing centres, the company has been supplying products and services to the Australian market for over 25 years. 

Due to continued demand and organisational growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join its research, project engineering and design office. Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working with a multidiscipline engineering team, you will be the engineering lead for specific projects, involved with the preparation of tending documents and technical specifications through to design review, driving schedules and interfacing with the project team. 

To suit this position, it's essential you will be a Degree Qualified Mechanical Engineer and possess experience within the mining, minerals processing or heavy industrial sector. Ideally, your experience will be gained from working with a mining equipment manufacturer or as part of an EPCM team. A broad knowledge of materials handling equipment would also be advantageous but not essential.
